A) General Manager (R&D)

	Minimum 20 yrs in Industry and 15 yrs in Automobile.
	Should be minimum B.Tech (Mech or Automobile).
	M.Tech or Doctorate in Mechanical Engg preferred.
	Experience in Automobile Design & Development specially in Chassis integration of bus or truck chassis.
	Familiar with all latest software like Autocad Inventor, Unigraphics, Catia.

B) Manager (R&D)

	Minimum 15 yrs in Industry and 10 yrs in Automobile.
	Should be minimum B.Tech (Mech or Automobile). M.Tech or Doctorate in Mechanical Engg preferred.
	Experience in Automobile Design & Development specially in Chassis integration of bus or truck chassis.
	Familiar with all latest software like Autocad Inventor, Unigraphics, Catia.

C) Sr Engineer/Engineer (Design)

	3 to 7 years in automobile chassis / aggregate design specially in bus / truck chassis.
	Should be minimum B.Tech (Mech or Automobile).
	Experience in Automobile Design & Development specially in Chassis integration of bus or truck chassis.
	Familiar with all latest software like Autocad Inventor, Unigraphics, Catia.
